A 1960s villa in Etiler, with a curated vinyl playlist drifting down from the Listening Room upstairs, sets the scene for one of Istanbul's more quietly confident dining rooms. Chef Cenk Debensason grew up here, trained in France, and cooked his way through the United States, and the Michelin-starred menu threads all of that together without feeling like a résumé. Vegetables get genuine attention, classical technique meets global flavour, and the cocktails hold their own.
