Hong Hua is a white-tablecloth Chinese restaurant in Farmington Hills where the main event is Beijing duck, carved tableside by a server whose knife work gets a small audience. You can have it crispy with honey-glazed skin and crepes, or boneless and stir-fried with vegetables.
