This is a pastry-case cafe in Norrmalm where fika is treated as a daily obligation, with cardamom buns on the larger, sweeter, less spiced side. It's smaller than the other branches in this little Stockholm chain, but it suits a coffee before the shops on Gamla Brogatan. The princess cake arrives in full green-marzipan regalia, stacked high with raspberries and cream, and nobody makes eye contact while eating it.
