An open fire grill anchors the kitchen at this Kolonaki steakhouse, where the beef, sourced from Spain, Australia, and the States, gets wet- or dry-aged before meeting the flame. The room carries the easy confidence of a great European brasserie, filtered through something distinctly Athenian, glasses stay full and conversation doesn't need encouragement.
