A vegan restaurant tucked inside a sports complex in Kuzguncuk, which is either the most unexpected address in Istanbul or a perfectly logical one depending on your outlook. The ornate, plant-covered exterior does the signaling before you're even through the door. The kitchen leans hard into zero-waste cooking and local sourcing, turning out creative vegan plates, mushroom ceviche among them. Cocktails are on the menu too, which never hurts.
