A ramen shop where teamLab designed the dining room, so expect digital art that mirrors left and right across black tables and India-ink brushwork on the walls. The menu is fully vegan, and everyone sits at one long communal table, which either sounds like your thing or it doesn't. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand, and the bowl holds up its end of that bargain.
