Texas Barbecue
This is a casual Texas-style barbecue joint in Port Adelaide, parked next to the lighthouse, which is not a sentence you expect to write about brisket. The menu stays short and meaty, with pulled pork, wings, and sides like collard greens and corn bread, all made in-house. The terrace runs year-round under heaters, so a cold South Australian evening is no excuse. The cocktails are stronger than the setting suggests.
