Neapolitan Pizzeria
The name tells you the temperature a Neapolitan pizza needs, and the kitchen at this Turku slice shop takes that seriously. The dough is soft and properly blistered, the crust kept low in the Naples style, and a plain Margherita is the thing to order first. There are two locations in the city; the original is spartan, the Market Hall outpost a little more dressed up. Pasta is on the menu too. Ranked 27th on 50 Top Pizza Europe.

Contemporary Pizzeria
Pizza is the reason to make the trip to this Italian restaurant inside the Helsinki Outlet, where the chef behind the counter has been making contemporary Neapolitan-style pies long enough to know exactly what he's doing. The room leans into the Italian references without going overboard, the seating is genuinely comfortable, and the menu runs from bruschetta to pasta before arriving at the point. It landed on the 50 Top Pizza Europe list, if you need a nudge.
