Part café, part florist, part sit-down restaurant, Pievos runs the combination without any of it feeling like a gimmick. The menu tracks the seasons closely, and the dessert counter invites you to wander over and point at something. Sauerkraut broth with ravioli and roast duck with beetroot chutney are the kinds of dishes that make the room feel warmly intentional.
