Momos Coffee Flagship Store and Momos Yeongdo Roastery & Coffee bar hold the next two places. The World Coffee Map shows up on more of this list than any other guide, with Eater next.

A minimalist specialty coffee shop in Apgujeong where the pour-overs get serious attention and the room stays quiet enough to actually finish a thought. The spare design keeps the focus on what's in the cup, and the light pastry selection means you can settle in without planning an exit. It reads as the kind of place where laptops appear but nobody performs being busy.

Specialty Coffee
Peer Coffee Roasters is a specialty café in Jung District where the pour-over is the point, with single-origin beans rotated by season and brewed to order at a quiet, unhurried pace. The space leans minimalist in the way Seoul coffee shops do it well: clean lines, natural light, nowhere to be. The kind of place you go in for one cup and stay for two.
