Texas Barbecue
Prime brisket with a peppery bark is the reason this Texas-style barbecue joint started as a food truck and has since moved twice to keep up with demand. The room runs to booths and picnic tables, road signs and Willie Nelson energy. Jalapeño sausage oozes cheese, the pulled pork is smoky, and the green bean side cooked with brisket has its own cult following.
