You walk through a working butcher's shop to reach the dining room, which tells you everything about the priorities here. It's a modern, informal grill restaurant in Lisbon where the meat arrives straight from the counter out front, covering serious territory: Uruguayan picanha, Galician dry-aged T-bone, A5 Kobe flank. You can also buy cuts to take home, which is a generous policy for anyone who can't let go.
