Inside the Grand Hôtel, this Michelin-starred seafood restaurant stakes its whole identity on the tasting menu, a procession of langoustines, raw shrimp, and Oscietra caviar with Japanese touches folded in, wasabi here, a chawanmushi there. The kitchen treats every piece of fish and shellfish as though it cost a small fortune, which, to be fair, it probably did. Dress accordingly and go hungry.

The menu runs from lobster bisque and langoustine on toast through steamed cod and seafood platters sized for however hungry you're feeling. Lunch is lighter; evenings lean into the signatures. Grab the terrace or a first-floor window seat before someone else does.
