The chef leans into organs, odd little fish, and the weirder corners of the PNW pantry, and somehow it all lands. Wear something nice but not stuffy.

A James Beard-winning chef runs this wood-fired Mediterranean spot in Beacon Hill, and the room feels like your coolest neighbor's dinner party, if your neighbor had a wood oven and a soft-serve window out back.
