Barbecue
A regional Croatian restaurant sitting inside a working winery, with vineyard hills rolling out in every direction and a large outdoor gazebo that becomes the only sensible place to sit once the weather cooperates. The menu leans hard on local tradition, which here means grilled meats done with conviction. The Hussar's Steak, finished with house-made bacon, smoked ham, onion, and red chili, is the dish everyone seems to order first and talk about longest.
