Wine Bar
A restaurant owned by sommeliers, which means the wine list at this Michelin-starred Stavanger spot gets the kind of obsessive attention most places reserve for the food. The kitchen holds its own, though, coaxing serious depth from very few ingredients at a time. The duck, worked through three preparations in a single dish, is the sort of thing that makes you understand why the menu is short.
