Caribbean
Maroon is a sleek, clubby Afro-Caribbean restaurant at the Sahara, built around a custom jerk pit you can smell before you find your table. The hip-hop runs loud enough that anything important should wait until dessert, if not the car. Expect jerk chicken, braised oxtail, and bachelorettes on their way to Magic Mike next door. Book about a month ahead, or call in a favor.

Mediterranean Pizzeria
Eyal Shani's quick-service pita shop inside the Venetian prints its menu entirely in Comic Sans, which tells you most of what you need to know about the mood. Stuffed pitas run from wild mushroom to rib-eye minute steak, and the vegetables get treated with a near-religious seriousness that makes a cold bag of green beans feel like an event. High-top seating, fast counter service, and prices that won't require a second mortgage on the Strip.

Babystacks is a casual, fairly small pancake-and-skillet breakfast spot that settles the sweet-versus-savory argument by serving short stacks as a side to your actual meal. Red velvet with cream cheese sauce can sit next to a loaded potato skillet, and nobody at the table has to lose. Weekend mornings fill up fast, so arrive early or settle in for a wait that can stretch past an hour.

Rank 320. Braseria By EDO
Spanish-French
This Spanish restaurant off Paradise Road gets some of its French cooking from a former Joël Robuchon chef, so the potato purée arrives buttery and the croquetas arrive dressed as croque monsieur. The dining room has crystal chandeliers and high ceilings, dressy enough for a business dinner, though a Domino's downstairs keeps anyone from getting too precious. Chartreuse is on draft, which is how the night usually ends.

The coffee roasting happens right on the premises, which means the Henderson strip-mall exterior is a bit misleading. Dark Moon is a coffee shop that takes its work seriously, roasting in-house, making its own syrups and cold brew, and supplying beans to retailers across Southern Nevada. The bar seats are good for a quick espresso or a long morning with a laptop. Order the pour-over if you want proof the sourcing isn't an afterthought.

Rank 320. Dino’s Lounge
Dive Bar
The sign above the door reads "Getting Vegas Drunk Since 1962," and the bar delivers on that promise without much fuss. Dino's is a neon-free dive near the Arts District where drinks are cheap and the crowd skews toward people who own at least one ska-related t-shirt. Thursday through Saturday after ten, karaoke takes over the tiny stage and things get appropriately messy. Celebrities have been known to slip in for a song, which is very on-brand for a city like this.

Dive Bar
Graffiti and stickers cover every surface, dollar bills hang from the ceiling, and the smell of day-old bacon grease meets you at the door. Double Down is a dive bar in the Fruit Loop that's been hosting punk shows and burlesque nights since forever, drawing tattooed regulars and older locals who never look up from the video poker machines. Order a PBR, order an Ass Juice shot, and lower your expectations to CBGB levels accordingly.

Egg & I is a sit-down diner on West Sahara, the sort of breakfast spot you've seen on television, where someone always clutches a coffee mug and the forks clatter on cue. A model train circles the ceiling while you eat, which keeps the adults as entertained as the kids. Eggs are the point, especially the chile relleno omelet, and the banana nut muffin earns its spot on the plate in place of toast. Eater lists it among Las Vegas's best breakfast restaurants.

Rank 320. Gäbi Coffee & Bakery
Korean Coffee Shop
A greenhouse-style coffee station sits at the center of an otherwise industrial room, tucked behind heavy wooden doors in a Chinatown strip mall. This Korean coffee shop pulls espresso and pour overs alongside signature drinks and desserts so meticulously arranged they feel almost too pretty to eat. Regulars navigate the nondescript parking lot without a second thought. A second location sits in Henderson.

Ballpoint pen drawings cover every wall of this tiny lounge at The Venetian, which is doing its best Shinjuku Golden Gai impression, and pulling it off better than it has any right to. DJs push house music loud enough to rattle the sake glasses while the drinks lean Japanese, gin and matcha cocktails alongside serious whiskey pours. Small and clubby, with neon doing most of the decorating.

Rank 320. HaSalon
Israeli
The menu at this Israeli fine dining room lists a dish as "Horrible Hammer smashing herbs and flowers on meat," which tells you everything you need to know about the energy here. Chef Eyal Shani's Las Vegas outpost pulls from Tel Aviv by way of Japanese and French technique, but the real point is that dinner turns into a dance party, and the tile-and-warm-wood room is built to look lived in just enough to make table-dancing feel earned.

Hayworth is a Jewish steakhouse in Henderson, which means challah knots where the dinner rolls would be and whipped chicken schmaltz where the butter usually goes. It's dressed-up date-night territory, with plush booths, icy martinis, and well-dressed neighbors airing grievances about their cooling bills over latkes crowned with roe. The pastrami is finished with bone marrow jus, and the babka comes home with you.

Velvet couches and Victorian flourishes make this cocktail bar inside the Venetian feel like a drawing room where someone definitely had an affair. The drinks lean inventive and precise, with one arriving in a Viking horn-shaped glass, which is either theatrical or inspired depending on your mood. One of three strong cocktail options in the same hotel, Juliet is the one that leans opulent and a little moody.

French Bakery
A French bakery on West Charleston where the croissants and chausson aux pommes share the case with a full Dubai chocolate section, because the pistachio-and-kataifi craze has to land somewhere. Pain au chocolat is the old-guard order, and the team runs savory croissant and quiche specials through the week. It's a pastry-case-and-pay-at-the-counter kind of place, so come as you are and leave with a box.

Bakery
Milkfish is a Filipino home bakery that mostly turns up as a Saturday pop-up, so checking the website before you drive over is the whole game. The pastry case runs to ube-striped babka, crispy karioka fritters, and a coconut-and-pandan-soaked dulce de leche cake, all of it Filipino bakeshop tradition with a few modern ideas smuggled in. It has James Beard Foundation recognition, which is a lot for a kitchen that's also somebody's kitchen.

The unmarked door is the whole point. Tucked behind the sushi counter at the Venetian, this speakeasy bar keeps a low profile by design, with a full bar, ube espresso martinis, and snacks that skew sharper than the hand rolls out front. Convention-goers grabbing a boxed set to-go have no idea it's back there, which is more or less how the regulars prefer it.

Ohlala is a French bistro wedged between a Starbucks and a Bank of America in a Summerlin strip mall, which is about as far from a Strip brunch as you can get. There's no DJ and no smoking cocktails, just a proper French omelette, a croque monsieur with ham and cheese in every bite, and brie turning up on the burger and in croquettes. Even the pain perdu is savory, made with crusty French bread.

Peg's is a casual breakfast diner on West Sahara where pajama pants raise no eyebrows. The menu wanders from American to Hawaiian to Mexican, but the name tells you what the kitchen takes seriously: ham and eggs, sold by the half pound or the full pound, with unlimited toast on the side. Fried spam and loco moco plates are there for anyone who'd rather have mac salad with their eggs. It's cheap, filling, and not a place that cares what you're wearing.

Cocktail Bar
The pianist in a bow tie playing show tunes while couples in cocktail attire eat caviar off gold-leafed tacos is either your scene or it isn't. This upscale piano bar inside the Bellagio has a front-row view of the Dale Chihuly glass ceiling and leans hard into the caviar service. Classics, bellinis and Negronis, are the move at the bar. James Bond would approve, though he'd probably skip the lavender basil lemon drop.

Sartiano's is a high-end Italian steakhouse on the Strip, with a patio that looks out over Wynn's private fairways and the Sphere glowing behind them. It sits next door to the celebrity-heavy members' club Zero Bond, and the room carries some of that hush. Expect an expense-account crowd, caviar cannoli to start, and meatballs that quietly steal the show from the steaks. It's polished without being stiff.

Tableau is the Wynn's daytime restaurant, a sunlit atrium with a patio of oddly sculpted hedges, so breakfast comes with a garden party you didn't RSVP to. The pancakes are lemon ricotta, and the coffee list goes well past black into mushroom territory.

Rank 320. The Taco Stand
Taqueria
A counter-service taqueria in Summerlin where the tacos run about four bucks and the line forms before anyone's decided what they want. Takeout is the realistic plan, though the tables have little cupholders that swing out from the corners, which feels like a lot of engineering for a michelada. The al pastor comes off the spit with pineapple, and the mushroom taco is for anyone who came with a skeptical friend.

The windows project a fake thunderstorm over the Eiffel Tower, which tells you everything about the vibe here. This French-ish cocktail lounge at Paris Las Vegas leans hard into gothic Baroque camp, all purple booths and tiered birdcages of figs and cheese, with lychee martinis keeping the Housewives faithful cheerful through the manufactured lightning. It's Lisa Vanderpump's name on the door, and no one inside is pretending otherwise.

Smashed Onion American Burger Joint
With Love, Always is a retro diner off the Strip that started as a parking lot pop-up and now draws lines for smashed onion burgers with lacy, crispy edges, finished with a creamy sauce and shoestring fries. It's casual and loud in the good way, packed with families fresh from practice. The soft serve comes with a pickup ticket, so your custard arrives after the burger instead of as soup beforehand. It's on The Infatuation's list of the 25 best restaurants in Las Vegas.

Jewish Bagel Shop
El Bagel is a Miami bagel shop that opened a counter in the Fontainebleau food hall, which means your bacon, egg, and cheese now has a casino view. The line forms early with people who have clearly met the night before, and the pastrami gets smoked for 18 hours, a commitment most of us can't make to anything. It's a quick, casual stop, and a beautiful mess to eat. Eater has named it for both bagels and sandwiches.

Rank 390. Tacos El Gordo
Tijuana Taqueria
This is a Tijuana-style taqueria on Charleston with a drive-thru and a line that never seems to get the memo that it's a taco stand. Inside, each meat gets its own queue, so groups split up, order in parallel, and reunite holding paper plates like pallbearers. It runs until 2 a.m., prices stay in paper-plate territory, and the menu leans hard on beef and pork, so bring people who eat both.

La Neta is a sit-down Mexican restaurant in Downtown Summerlin that went heavy on the decor: velvet booths, stained glass murals, chandeliers, and enough foliage cascading from the ceiling to suggest the plants are also on the guest list. Expect margaritas and a menu that moves from oysters and ceviche to flautas. Weekend brunch comes with bottomless drinks, which pairs conveniently with the Saturday farmers market nearby.

This is a concession stand parked outside the Absinthe circus tent, which sets the bar for fare somewhere around nachos in a plastic boat. Instead it sells a smash burger on a soft pretzel bun, with two beef patties, charred onions, and thick pickles, plus star-shaped tots. Order the caviar tots if you're feeling flush, or eat standing up among the hedges like a person who just wandered out of a show.
