Vegetarian Mexican
A vegetarian breakfast spot in downtown Cancún where the tortillas are hand-pressed and the salsas are seasoned with evident purpose. Chilaquiles, quesadillas, and tostadas anchor the menu, with fruit batidos on hand if the heat gets serious. The room has the warmth of a family kitchen rather than a health-food statement. On good days, Guato, a chihuahua-beagle mix of considerable local renown, holds court on the premises.
