The best Mediterranean food in Thailand, according to the experts: the Michelin Guide and The 50 have both weighed in, and their honors are what rank this list. Côte by Mauro Colagreco comes out on top, and the good stuff runs deepest in Bangkok.

Rank 1. Côte by Mauro Colagreco
French-Italian Mediterranean
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Chao Phraya at dusk, which sets a mood the kitchen then has to earn. This is a fine dining room inside Capella Bangkok, where Mauro Colagreco's French Riviera philosophy, made famous at Mirazur, gets translated into multi-course menus by his executive chef. The cooking is clean and Mediterranean, built around seasonal ingredients, and the carte blanche option hands the kitchen full control. Two Michelin stars.
