The best sushi in Thailand, according to the experts: the Michelin Guide and The 50 have both weighed in, and their honors are what rank this list. Sushi Saito comes out on top, and the good stuff runs deepest in Bangkok.
More Less
Den Kushi Flori and Fillets hold the next two places. The Michelin Guide shows up on more of this list than any other guide, with The 50 next.

Sushi
An omakase counter that splits itself across two floors, the first floor for the purist counter experience and the third for something with a New York lean. Chef Masato Shimizu built his name in Tokyo and New York before bringing this format to Bangkok, where it was among the first of its kind. The Michelin Guide has it listed, and the progression between floors gives the meal a strange, pleasing logic.
