The kitchen turns out traditional Isan pork and beef, sun-dried beef slices, spicy sour beef shank soup, and the grilled beef tongue that regulars know to reserve ahead. It's an old-school institution, priced the way neighborhood places used to be, and it holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
